Job Description

  • Correspond with agents, and customers and collaborate with sales experts.
  • Provide business plans and implement plans to improve performance.
  • Update sales experts and customers about the latest shipping status.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze the performance of the sales team as well as make decisions and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

  • At least three years of managerial experience in international transportation.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A regular and responsible person.
