Job Description

• Generate annual sales strategy and marketing plan.
• Devise Marketing calendar and define sales and marketing activities.
• Define sales promotions and manage a team to run them.
• Manage the sales team to turn plans into actions.
• Manage team to handle trade shows and events.
• Manage team to execute all sorts of marketing activities.
• Lead team to create a new customer network and preserve the current customers' community.
• Lead team to implement CSR, PR, and other inbound marketing plans.
• Manage digital marketing activities.
• Set team individual KPIs each quarter get them approved and lead the team toward achievement.
• Direct report to MD (weekly).
