Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) Iran is actively seeking a candidate for the position of marketing officer at an entry level.
Working hours are Saturday to Wednesday; 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Job Summary:
Developing a new business client base and increasing corporate revenue through business development, sales, and marketing efforts.
Key and main responsibilities:
● Developing a new business client base and increasing corporate revenue through sales and marketing efforts.
● Identifying and closing sales opportunities through leads provided by inside sales representatives and marketing campaigns.
● Establishing sales forecasts.
● Developing client proposals.
● Establishing and maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
● Delivering customized client presentations.
● Ensuring route folders and key documents are stored and retrievable electronically or manually.
● Ensuring that work processes and procedures are well documented and updated.
● Creating, implementing, reviewing, and developing office marketing and business development plan.
● Creating, developing, and participating in professional networks through; social media, shows, exhibitions, conferences, etc.
● Representing AGIP in various events; meetings, committees, task forces, conferences, client visits, etc.
● Preparing marketing material and tools; letters, adv., articles, press releases.
● Contacting –by any means; phone, e-mail, personal visits, meetings…etc.- current and potential clients, to create and maintain a positive professional relationship, and to create new business opportunities.
● Composing reports directing supervisor as required.
● Suggesting and supporting the holding of professional events that help AGIP in developing its businesses.
● Visiting the official departments and ministries to support and enhance businesses.
● Supporting AGIP team members as needed.
● Performing other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Internal communications:
● Coordinating with Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual Property departments (especially the proposals department) and offices for marketing processes.
External communications:
● Contacting current clients and potential clients for possible new business.
