• Being able for sales and Searching for new customers who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution, traveling to visit potential clients.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
• Persuading clients that a product or a service will best satisfy their needs.
• Issuing client quotations.
• Negotiating and leading sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Preparing reports for Sales Manager.
• Meeting regular sales targets.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Searching & coordinating sales projects.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• To manage proper Electronic and H/Copy archiving of the sales documents.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Requirements
• University Qualifications: MSc or BSc. In Electrical engineering /power/ Electronic/ Control & Instrumentation/ Mechanical Engineer.
• Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years experience in the sales and marketing of the oil and gas instruments.
• Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft office such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: communication, listening, presentation, negotiation, tendering, estimating.
