Sales and Marketing Expert

Job Description

• Increase the speed and quality of the sales process, retain the customer, and keep the business on the technology edge.
• Meet customers, support he customers on the issue they face, review the orders, and issue the requested invoices.
• Resolve and respond to the customers' issues and inquiries.
• Make phone calls and arrange a meeting with a new customer.
• Find solutions to move customers' shipments.
• Report to the sales and marketing manager.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Commissions, bonus, and benefits: there will be a monthly salary plus a commission bonus for this role.
• Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 to 4:30; Thursday 8:30 to 12:30.
• Travel requirements: Sometimes, inside the country.
