
Job Description
Main Responsibilities: - Lead and manage market sales & distribution team, being in charge of regular market visits , collecting outlet & channel information, create market place data base, activating new accounts (W/S), ordering process, sales push, cash collection and sales forecasting - Build up channel network and coach the team for the channels -- bottom up mapping & find out supply routes - Ensure effective distribution coverage across country and proper geographical account per sales man allocation in each region - Define the Key & focus shops with the grading & monitor their performance - Monitor, Analyze & report the sellout issue at the distribution sublayers with the team - Analyze the pricing scenarios & bundling, define the promotions to push sell thru / sell out - Lead the team to monitor & control trade programs in the channel - Control & monitor POSM distribution & field Trainings - Monitor the competitor's activity in the market & reporting - Manage the new product launch in the field as per defined GTM plans - Maintain the relationship at the W/S (wholesale) and retail level with the team - Ensure achievement of the agreed KPI's & sales targets per regions, per accounts & per sales man - Reporting to the Commercial Director
Requirements
- Academic degree preferably in business management, IT & Telecom domains - At least 5 years' experience in FMCG, Mobile, IT sales, distribution & trade marketing (Mobile/IT background is a plus) - Team leadership experience (recommendation letter is an advantage) - Familiar with the key Mobile/IT Wholesalers & sub digit's (retail level is a plus) - Familiar with Trade marketing activities - Excellent command in English (Arabic is a plus) - Excellent knowledge of ICDL (capable of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Ability to Travel to the provinces across country - Excellent interpersonal, leadership & negotiation skills plus team working attitude - Based in Tehran
