- Administers the performance management process for sales team members in order to establish and communicate individual objectives, assess subsequent performance and identify development needs. Sets and manages own personal development plan. - Ensures that all team members project and protect the company image through high levels of personal presentation, displaying appropriate behaviors.
Requirements
- Business Administration degree, or outstanding performance, having progressed through the experiential route defined by this family. - A minimum of 5 years experience with consistently high levels of performance review during this period. - Familiar with pharmacy channel. - Modern Trade knowledge. - Strong customer focus. - Achievement orientation. - Decisive. - Integrity. - Negotiating skills. - Analytically and presentation skills. - Market knowledge. - Distribution knowledge and abilities. - Initiative. - Information seeking. - Strong sense of teamwork and excellent people development and motivational capability. - Good understanding of English
