Job Description

The sales analyst evaluates and identifies trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within a company and outside. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting your reports to your team and to management ● Provide a complete administrative service to the sales team to facilitate organizational processes and allow them to concentrate on mainstream activities. ● Provide a complete correspondence service, routing correspondence as necessary and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all mail is dealt with efficiently. ● Prepare sales documentation and arrange for delivery to customers as required. ● Establish and maintain records and filing systems. ● Perform data entry as required by the sales team in order to track customers, contracts, revenues, and opportunities. ● Run basic analysis and produce system generated daily, weekly, and monthly Sales reports as required by the team. ● Handle orders by telephone, email, or mail and check that they include correct prices, discounts, and product numbers, contacting customers to resolve any queries. ● Input orders to the company’s computer system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements. Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternative delivery dates. ● Track customers’ account balance in close relationship with finance department and report any issue to senior sales managers.

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of coordination experience in a sales department. ● Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage. ● Sufficient English knowledge. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Good time management skills. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment. ● Information seeking. ● Teamwork spirit.
