Job Description

The sales administrative assistant, reporting to the distribution unit supervisor, is responsible for daily support of order and distribution processes, documentation, internal coordination, and communication with distribution companies. The goal of this position is to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales workflows and to enhance customer and pharmacy satisfaction.

️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Following up on sales team orders.
  • Following up on sales team requests and providing status reports.
  • Preparing and arranging correspondence between the distribution unit and distribution companies.
  • Obtaining and tracking necessary signatures for distribution unit documents via the workflow system and ensuring timely document circulation.
  • Preparing required reports for the supply and distribution unit.
  • Coordinating meetings.
  • Documentation and archiving.
  • Timely execution of assigned tasks within the supply and distribution unit.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.

Software Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formula writing, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and Word.
  • Language Skills: Elementary familiarity with English for working with documents and data entry.
  • Other: Fast and accurate typing (Persian), ability to work with office equipment (scanner and printer).

  • Accuracy and Organization: Attention to detail in data entry and documentation, regular task scheduling.
