Job Description

IranNara is expanding its banking sales team and seeking several sales experts. The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with customers. Assigned to five to ten named customers, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned account objectives. The Account Manager represents the entire range of assigned company products to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customer's needs and expectations are met by the company. The Account Manager reports to the Banking Sales Manager. The targeted role has the following responsibilities: • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. • Leads Tenders from the beginning to the end. • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary assigned personnel. • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support & service in order to meet account performance objectives and customer's expectations. • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner. • Works closely with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. • Preparing daily, monthly and year reports for Sales Manager. • Extensive visit out of the office

Requirements

• BS or MS in Sales or IT related fields. • Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience and proven exposure. Banking sales is preferred. • Team work mentality and moral • Very good writing and reading skills in Persian and English languages. • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook
