The focus is to manage road/trucking freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments
Correspond with international and local agents, and carriers, for pricing and operations purposes.
Monitor tracking shipments from A-Z.
Document and liaise with international/border/customs agents, sales team, accounting, and clients.
Shipment management using company software (CARAVAN).
Delivery orders, Warehouse receipt, and EPL.
Generate monthly reports for the management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any subject.
At least 3 years of work experience in the international transport, logistics, or shipping industry.
Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
