RF Optimization Engineer

Job Description

• Expert will be responsible for providing Daily optimization tasks. • Daily Optimization activities contains below items; • KPI Performance based analysis, optimization and tracking • Neighbor optimization – addition / deletion • Optimization of parameter settings for accessibility, mobility, retainability, Service Integrity, delay/ latency, etc. • Resource efficiency • Worst cell analysis • Checking of new site verification reports • Feature Trials / validation / evaluation • Detailed Root-cause analysis for all type faults • Consistency Checks (One way neigh definition, max/min number of neighbors, freq/code conflict, parameter/features) and clean them up • Recommendations/Suggestions for best usage and optimum settings • Creation of worst cell list – follow up, actions to be done, solution implementation • Cell based daily troubleshooting and optimization • Correlation of the collected information (CDT traces, Configuration data, Drive test, Post processing, statistical analyses) • SHO Analysis (3G) • Throughput Analysis • Locating Problems (Snapshot of the problem correlated with requested performance indicators) • Drop calls due to missing / incorrect neighbor information • Optimum Inter Frequency Handover parameter settings • Inter-RNC handover Analysis • Areas of reselection between UMTS carriers • PS handover analyses • Voice handover analyses between carriers • Any Service degradation analysis • WCDMA audit checks • Take care about costumer complain issues and ask to perfume necessary tests • HSPA service analysis and improvement. • Deal with customer complaints, reviews major network performance improvement schemes, identifies, and analyzes difficult network problems. • Monitoring the KPIs • To cover Daily optimization tasks dedicated Expert Engineer shall work and located at the RighTel Office for pilot project. These Teams will be managed by SP Project manager and RighTel Optimization manager. • Dedicated RAN Expert Engineer is planned for the daily optimization tasks and each expert will be assigned to some RNCs. • Knowledge transfer
