Job Description
Receiving, recording and informing about the receipt of various claims of the company and projects in foreign currency and rials
Participating in all matters related to the organization's payments, including issuing checks, obtaining necessary signatures and approvals, receiving and transferring cash, and making bank transfers
Recording and maintaining all guarantees deposited with the organization, including promissory notes, checks, guarantees, documents, etc.
Making all payments to personnel, including salaries and wages, loans, allowances, grants, etc.
Receiving, recording and informing about the receipt of various claims of the company and projects in foreign currency and rials
Preparing various letters related to financial transfers and submitting them to the Treasury Director / Accounting Director
Preparing rial fund reports
Preparing foreign currency fund reports
Preparing guarantee reports
Preparing receipt and payment reports
Preparing bank reconciliation statements reports
Preparing canceled check reports
