Job Description

Objective of the role: Attract specialized and elite forces. Product portfolio development. Review and update product formulations.. List of responsibilities: -Supervision and participation in preparing and adjusting the working method of conducting research work to achieve the desired goal in research. - Supervising the necessary research on product optimization in order to increase the quality of current activities. - Supervise the necessary research to achieve how to reduce costs and use new techniques to design products with new formulations. - Supervision and guidance in conducting the necessary studies and surveys regarding the determination and design of research systems as well as the procedures and instructions required for the design and production of new products. - Supervising and participating in the necessary measures and research to replace the optimal raw materials in order to save on the consumption of raw materials and energy and increase the quality level of products. - Supervising the identification of scientific, technical and research centers in the field of the company's products, especially research centers and continuous communication with appropriate research centers. - Supervising the identification of new devices and machines in order to increase production and development and improve products through basic research. - Ensuring the identification of new materials for manufacturing, development and improvement of the company's products through scientific and basic research. - Supervising the review and identification of production centers of raw materials required for the company's products. - Supervising the necessary research and studies to change the sources of purchase of pharmaceutical raw materials if necessary. - Supervision and coordination of production activities at the beginning of the use of new formulas to ensure the correctness of the formulas and address unforeseen issues and problems and coordination to eliminate them. - Monitoring and reviewing laboratory results, diagnosing the quality of materials, their usability and applicability, how to replace new materials and, if necessary, prepare and adjust the necessary instructions and formulas in this field. - Supervising and reviewing the opinions, suggestions and demands of customers regarding their practicality and making the necessary coordination in order to apply them in the design and production of new products or changing the current products of the company..
