Job Description

● Research in the field of refractory raw materials, refractory products, standards, and related testing methods. ● Compilation of databases regarding material specifications and communication with national and international databases. ● Gather information and organize resources and ideas. ● Design new competitive products and bring them to the production stage. ● Improve current products and production processes. ● Perform and follow tests on an industrial scale and report results. ● Team cooperation with the marketing and sales unit to fulfill customer and consumer market demands. ● Continuous communication with the quality control unit. ● Investigate the sources and causes of production waste and help eliminate or reduce the wasted amount. ● Analyze defects and provide improved methods. ● Report on the progress of affairs. ● Living at Karaj (or suburbs): Preferably Karaj, Shahriar, Mallard, Mahdasht.
