Job Description

Your mission in Zarin Roya is to communicate with the relevant organizations of the organization's activity and to follow up, negotiate and provide the specified required documents to obtain the necessary approvals and licenses for the organization's activity. ● Establishing communication with organizations and institutions related to the organization's activities and following up and taking the necessary measures, including providing the necessary documents and information to obtain the licenses required by the organization. ● Communicating with regulatory organizations and providing documentation and information about the organization's product and related issues in order to refute the accusation or provide defenses. ● Designing, developing, evaluating,g or marketing of products and regulatory guidance to related units and departments. ● Pursuing and obtaining information about the new trends of industry regulations to inform the stakeholders in the organization and determine the potential effects on the organizational processes and activities of the organization. ● Preparing documents and submission to appropriate regulatory agencies as required. ● Communicating with domestic or international regulatory agencies as a representative of the organization and following up and applying the organization's opinion on important policy issues or making decisions about the company's products. ● Carrying out the necessary follow-up and coordination in the external and internal audit affairs of the organization to facilitate the audit processes and the organization's communication with auditors and audit organizations. ● Communicating with relevant units within the organization and submitting requested reports to regulatory and legal institutions. ● Making the necessary inquiries in the field of legal requirements and various regulations to inform the management and ensure compliance of the activities, procedures, and requirements within the organization with the legal requirements and regulations. ● Communicating with relevant organizations to make the purchases required by the organization within the framework of legal regulations and requirements. ● Making the necessary coordination inside and outside the organization to hold the necessary meetings with the relevant organizations and the presence of the organization's colleagues in the meetings.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Management or related fields. ● Fluency in INCOTERMS, commercial laws, and procedures. ● Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Fluent in English.
