-Accomplish sales target by implementing marketing strategies, sales action plans, effective dealer recruiting and management;
-Make business plan with a thorough understanding of products, market, trends, opportunities and competitive activities;
-Maintain good customer satisfaction, public relationship and brand reputation;
-Keep close relationship with all major accounts, develop new customers and constantly expand the business.
Requirements
-Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of automobile sales or relevant area;
-Demonstrated leadership, management and sales skill;
-Strong public speaking and presentation skills, good speaking English is preferred;
-Regularly domestic business travel;
-Bachelor or Master Degree.
