- To effectively oversee all retail sales channels by managing all administration, monitoring and ensuring proper implementation of controls within the assigned region
- Manage, lead and motivate the sales team and ensure an effective control of the department expenses.
- Report monthly to the sales management on all sales operations, challenges, opportunities, commenting on the results achieved by area, product line
- Manage the distribution within the area/region in order to ensure that availability is maximized in line with company and brand strategies and needs of the market by trade channel and outlet type.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale of products according to forecasts and plans.
- Setting regional sales targets.
- Lead & develop a high performing sales team.
- Ensure full understanding of the area/regional sales budget with close follow up on spending as per company guidelines
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans in the region
- Developing sales by volume, value and coverage in covered regions
Requirements
- University Degree/ equivalent qualification. Having MBA is a plus
- Field sales experience with a minimum of 3 years-experience at Retail Manager Level in a FMCG company
- Must have a proven track record in sales
- Specialist knowledge: Based in Tehran (Good knowledge of domestic/regional market, competitive market)
- Excellent literacy in computer
- Good communicator
- Experience in people management
- Team leadership skills
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Military Service: Completed or Exempted
