- Research and recommend new Sourcing Channels for candidate recruiting.
- Use social media ( LinkedIn, instagram,.....) to identify and source candidates
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Write and post job descriptions on career websites
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Conduct phone and online interviews
- Conducting candidate interviews and reference checks, extending job offers, and serving as point-person for candidates and new hires
- Implement on-boarding of newcomers.
- Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
Requirements
- Preferably B.S./ M.S. in Human Resources or relevant field
- 2 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role.
- Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills.
- Result oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong networking abilities
- High flexibility
- Expert in M.S. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ideal Age Range: 24- 38
