Job Description

- Research and recommend new Sourcing Channels for candidate recruiting. - Use social media ( LinkedIn, instagram,.....) to identify and source candidates - Create and publish job ads in various portals. - Write and post job descriptions on career websites - Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters - Conduct phone and online interviews - Conducting candidate interviews and reference checks, extending job offers, and serving as point-person for candidates and new hires - Implement on-boarding of newcomers. - Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
