Job Description

_ Responsible for overseeing the hiring process,
_ updating procedures, supervising the team, and tracking metrics
_ Prepare reports.
_ Responsible for building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites, providing opportunities and benefits via each recruitment channel
_ Determine applicant requirements by studying the job description.
_ Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging the time of applicants and line managers, interviewing lodging, and escorting applicants to interviews.
_ Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
_ Participate in negotiation and offer process, ensuring selected candidates accept job offers.
_ Keep track of recruiting metrics
_ Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for the company's needs.
_ Research and choose job advertising options.
_ Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
_ Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
_ Participate in job fairs and career events.
