• Establishing recruitment requirements by following IranTalent objectives and meeting with
managers to discuss their needs.
• Writing job description and posting job opportunities on IranTalent website.
• Determining applicant qualifications by phone interviewing, analyzing responses and comparing
qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranging interviews by coordinating schedules, participating in face to face interviews with
managers.
• Preparing job offers, sending to select candidate and applying reference check
• On boarding new hired
Requirements
• BS/MS in Human Resource Management
• 4+years of related experience as a recruiter
• Capable of introducing the job and company values to potential candidates
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (e.g. CV screening, Interviewing...)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Strong decision making and analyzing skills
• Good listening skills
• Smart and fast learner
• Fluent in English language
