• Perform the initial stages of microbial fermentation.
• Buffer and solution preparation at small scale for R&D section
• Production of the microbial community by lab-scale fermenters
• Perform Harvesting and cell disruption
• Record batch parameter, Fill forms, and document all data
• Preferably expert in IPQC assays (include SDS-PAGE, Spectrophotometry, Bradford)
Requirements
• BS/MS in microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry engineering trends in biotechnology, etc. (especially Chemistry engineering).
• Familiar with the concepts of fermentation. Scale-up and scale-down of process
• Familiar with the upstream process of microbial culture line (bacterial and mammalian cells).
• Intelligent with high learning capacity.
