
Job Description
• Lead and manage the comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) at a corporate level, fully aligned with the organization’s strategic vision and objectives.
• Define policies, set objectives, and provide strategic direction and oversight for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, and HSE departments.
• Design and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance quality processes and develop modern, efficient quality management systems.
• Ensure full alignment of quality systems with corporate strategy and both internal and international compliance requirements, embedding quality principles across all organizational levels.
• Establish effective communication and constructive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with legal, quality, and regulatory requirements through practical implementation plans.
• Provide creative and effective solutions utilizing modern tools and methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and the culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.
• Oversee enterprise-level quality risk management by identifying risks and opportunities in a timely manner and developing actionable mitigation and improvement plans.
• Lead quality crisis preparedness and response programs, ensuring business continuity in the event of quality-related incidents.
• Maintain the organization in a constant state of readiness for internal, external, and international regulatory inspections and audits.
• Empower and develop the team across all quality management functions by defining competency needs, training priorities, and motivation programs for team development.
• Define company-wide quality objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic quality plans, and ensure effective implementation across all quality units.
• Create the necessary conditions and infrastructure for optimal team performance through effective resource management, budgeting, and facilitation of key project execution.
• Promote a strong culture of quality and safety, enhance the organization’s quality image and brand reputation, and lead capability-building initiatives to strengthen quality teams and performance.
