● Record and analyze medical errors.

● Prepare an annual report of the quality improvement program.

Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Health Care Management, Health Information Technology, or Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology Management.
● At least three years of relevant experience in hospitals.
● Ability to plan.
● Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
● Fluent in Key Performance Indicators.
● Proficient in evaluation methods.
