Job Description

● Use a variety of measures and management systems, such as total quality management. ● Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications. ● Review quality requirements and make sure they are met. ● Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them. ● Prepare, review, and verify documents including standard operating procedures, technical protocols and reports, and other documents in support of regulatory submissions. ● Maintain records, prepared reports, and composed correspondence relative to the work. ● Review and verify all cases for validity and accuracy. ● Maintain relations with cross-functional teams like QA, regulatory, and production for technology transfers and method-specific validations. ● Approve or reject, as he sees fit, starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk, and finished products. ● Ensure that all necessary testing is carried out and the associated records evaluated. ● Ensure that the appropriate validations are done. ● Devise and review specifications for products or processes. ● Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. ● Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. ● Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements. ● Approve the right products or reject defectives. ● Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. ● Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, or other related engineering fields. ● Familiarity with Oil and Gas industry standards. ● More than ten years of experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical industries. ● Good software skills. ● Effective communication skills. ● Excellent command of both written and spoken English. ● Leadership skills. ● Teamwork skills. ● Ability to analyze quality or performance.
