Job Description

● Preparing documents for standardizing products and processes such as control plan, standard work instruction, and PFMEA. ● Performing internal audits including process, product, and system audits. ● Performing MSA, SPC, and SQFE. ● Monitoring and controlling QC inspection activities through daily audits. ● Following up on corrective actions and problem-solving steps. ● Finding and pursuing root causes of quality problems. ● Analyzing quality problems and following up on the effectiveness of corrective actions. ● Implementing 5S disciplines. ● Building respectful relationships with other coworkers in other departments in order to proceed with quality objectives. ● Analyzing organizational indicators and their deviation causes.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. ● Familiar with IATF 16949:2016 requirements. ● Familiar with manufacturing processes such as metal stamping, welding, forming, and painting. ● Familiar with designing, implementing, performing, and improving procedures and inspection instructions. ● Familiar with Excel, Word, MINITAB 17, and PPT.
