- Inspection, testing or measuring materials or products being produced in production line
- Reporting inspection result to the QC Manager
- Sampling of incoming cargoes according to the considered standard
- Declare non-compliance with logistics personnel and carrying out necessary follow-up
- Performing all quality tests based on quality plans & ensure performing all laboratory standards & production line
Requirements
- BSc/ MSc in Food Science & Technology
- Min 5 years of experience in food industries or 3 years in Cake / bakery industries
- Good knowledge of food quality systems such as GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 standards
- Ability to work sharply in 12 hours Day/ Night Shifts
- Good hazard Analyzing skill
