Requirements
- BSc/ MSc in Food Science & Technology
- Min 5 years of experience in food industries or 3 years in Cake / bakery industries
- Good knowledge of food quality systems such as GMP, HACCP and ISO22000 standards
- Ability to work sharply in 12hrs Day/ Night Shifts
- Good hazard Analyzing skill
