Job Description

- Following the Quality strategy, Participation in improving quality standards, goals, and objectives - Following all Quality Programs - Following all Food Safety Programs - Following to ensure all specifications have been met - Participating in Consumer Complaint investigation meetings - Active Participation in internal and external audits and following the gaps to be closed

Requirements

- BSc/ MSc in Food Science & Technology - Min 5 years of experience in food industries or 3 years in Cake / bakery industries - Good knowledge of food quality systems such as GMP, HACCP and ISO22000 standards - Ability to work sharply in 12hrs Day/ Night Shifts - Good hazard Analyzing skill
