Quality Control Expert

Job Description

Degree: Associate or Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Management or related fields

Familiarity with quality control standards (such as ISO 9001)

Familiarity with inspection tools (caliper, caliper, micrometer, etc.)

High accuracy and ability to document accurately

Ability to work with Office software (especially Excel for preparing reports)

Team spirit and good communication skills

Work experience in quality control (considered a credit)

Control and inspection of incoming raw materials according to quality standards

Conducting continuous inspections during the production process to ensure product quality

Final product control before shipping or storage

Registration and reporting of discrepancies and cooperation in corrective actions

Preparation of quality documentation and completion of control forms

Cooperation with the production team to continuously improve quality and reduce waste
