Job Description

Monitoring and controlling product quality at various stages of production and portioning of protein products such as chicken

Mastery of quality control matters for portioning of protein products

Implementing instructions, forms, and documentation related to the quality management system

Performing periodic inspections of production and packaging units, etc.

Sampling, recording, and analyzing quality test results

Collaborating with production, logistics, and sales units to continuously improve product quality

Reporting to the quality control manager and following up on corrective and preventive measures

Monitoring compliance with health standards, food safety, and requirements of the Veterinary Organization

A history of cooperation in the packaging and portioning department is given priority in hiring.
