Job Description

  • Inspect the quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation of internal quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation to monitor quality and hygiene.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of food and safety hygiene.
  • Ensure the storage of foods are according to the set standards and procedures.
  • Check food storage equipment is to ensure they follow the required health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good knowledge of food safety.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service standards, and food safety regulations.
