QA Supervisor
POSITION SNAPSHOT
Location: Qazvin /Iran
Reports to: Factory QA Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Major Responsibilities
People and know-how:
- Lead and motivate the team in the achievement of their objectives.
- Contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals.
- Promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the unit.
Quality System:
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools in technical expertise.
- Contribute to define and follow-up on quality KPIs.
- Set operational objectives in collaboration with the Factory Quality Manager.
Quality mastership:
- Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defects.
- Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable
instructions and standards.
- Provide day-to-day Quality trouble shooting support in compliance to Nestlé nutrition standard.
Quality auditing and verification:
- Support unit readiness for internal and external audits.
- Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
- Lead and drive quality improvement projects.


Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in microbiology, chemistry, or food science and other relevant majors.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Leadership and people development skills.
• Critical and curious mindset.
