Job Description

● Implementation and integration of management systems in all organizational processes. ● Ensure the development and implementation of procedures related to the key processes. ● Monitor and analyze the key indicators (KPI, KRI) and coordination for process analysis. ● Organize improvement teams and implement continuous improvement ● Ensure the effectiveness of the customer relationship management process. ● Improve the process of internal and external communication. ● Implementation of tracking system. ● Lead internal audits and coordinating CB audits.

Requirements

● Minimum B.Sc. in Food industry Engineering and Industrial Engineering. ● Minimum 3 years in quality assurance practices. ● Skills: Establishing ISO systems, Building teams, Analyzing processes, discovering process relationships, improving processes. ● Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Minitab. ● Techniques: SPC, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S.
