Job Description
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
-Collaborate with management and process owners to implement improvement initiatives.
-Identifying the main fields of business improvement and provide systematic solutions

Requirements
-Bachelor / master's degree in Industrial engineering or Industrial management
- Familiar with modern quality management systems
-Strong documentation skills
-Good understanding of Quality Management Standards (ISO) and Organizational Excellence
-Models (EFQM)
-BPM
- ISO standards
- System thinking
- Good negotiations skill
- Word, Excel, powerpoint: perfect
- Language skills:
Writing and reading : Advanced
Speaking :Upper intermediate
