Design and update enterprise architecture documents (such as business model, organizational chart, process map, etc.).
Define processes and related documentation.
Train process owners to prepare the required process documentation based on best practices, and collaborate with process owners to prepare process documentation.
Train employees in implementing instructions and monitoring implementation.
Assist process owners in defining key performance indicators of processes to evaluate process performance.
Monitor process performance and provide periodic reports.
Audit processes periodically and prepare audit reports.
Maintain, update, and distribute process-related documents as a primary reference.
Analyze processes and documentation, identifying areas for improvement and providing appropriate solutions to solve process problems.
Manage changes in processes, including informing stakeholders, training, monitoring implementation, resolving implementation problems, reviewing the results of changes, etc.
Collaborate in the design and implementation of the risk management system.
Coordinate, plan, and conduct external audits and follow up on reports and obtain certification.
Follow up and monitor the implementation of corrective or preventive actions defined in internal and external audits.
Plan and implement the EFQM organizational excellence model.
Requirements:
Mastery of the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Appropriate knowledge of BPMN, APQC and other standards related to process management.
Ability to prepare integrated management system documentation.
