• Implementing Process Management System through analysis and mapping the Current processes (as-is) to improve them considering best
• Practices/benchmarks in alliance with company's strategy
• Defining KPI for processes in order to enhance the performance and improve the Quality of the Products
• Acting as a catalyst for change to improve performance/quality to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Service Management
• Experience in Manufacturing Environment
• Familiar with Document Management System
• Familiarity with Industry Standards is a plus
• Having good ability in reporting and analyzing data & 5S auditing
• Familiarity with Business Process Re-engineering is a plus
• Familiarity with Quality Improvement Tools is a plus
• BA in electronics/industrial engineering
• At least 3 years OF experience in QA/QC field
• Male only / BA or MA industrial engineering
