● Ensure that all communications throughout the group and different media are consistent.
● Drive and execute Public Relations plan and strategy.
● Assist with coordinating involvement in exhibitions, launch plans, workshops, and events.
● Coordinate and produce written materials (like emails, press releases, presentations, social media content, and newsletter copy) for different audiences.
● Ensure that company news is communicated clearly to internal and external groups.
Requirements
● Preferred Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public/Media Relations, Journalism (post-grad certificate in PR preferred) or related fields such as Social Science or Psychology.
● At least 3 years of experience in PR.
● Outstanding written, oral, and presentation skills.
● Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and manage events and briefings.
● Ability to work well with all levels of the organization, particularly leadership.
● Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related programs.
● Particularly strong English writing skills.
