Requirements
-Master Degree in Industrial and organizational psychologist
-Proven work experience as a Consultant or Industrial and organizational psychologist
-Fluent in psychological tests for recruitment
-Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
-Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
-Strong decision-making skills
