• Coordinating the overall planning and scheduling activities on projects during all project phases
• Monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and reporting on the schedule status during all project phases
• Preparing of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Preparing and overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Analyzing and reporting data to develop a complete and accurate picture and reports that will inform high level managers regarding the management, quality and control of projects
• Supporting estimate and budget development
• Collaborating and monitoring in allocating resources to different plans and projects
• Participating in external interactive planning sessions and presenting required reports
• Performing schedule risk analysis and designing risk mitigation plan
• Measuring the performance and progress of the contractors and consultants
• Designing, Managing and updating project management information systems and generating reports
• Performing other duties as requested
Requirements
• BSc/ MSc in a related field (Management/ Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management/ MBA)
• At least 4 years of planning and project control experience
• Excellent at planning, organizing and time management
• Expert at Project Control software (Primavera, MS Project)
• Familiar with PMBOK and Scrum framework
• PMBOK, PMP, SCRUM MASTER certificates are plus.
• Expert at working with Microsoft Office applications
• Familiar with strategic and operational planning processes
• Familiar with business model design
• Conflict resolution skills
