Job Description

● Evaluate step-by-step project management processes. ● Select, train, and oversee project team members. ● Create and adjust project budgets. ● Forecast project goals and completion. ● Develop project scheduling, budgeting, and progress reports. ● Manage and oversee project controls for engineering and construction projects. ● Responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and quality review. ● Manage project control personnel. ● Provide guidance and consultation for project managers. ● Analyze and report the reasons for the delay in the schedule and propose proper solutions. ● Report the improvement of the projects. ● Calculate and edit the total, monthly, and weekly budget of the projects. ● Present the report of costs and analyze the terms of payments in projects using the common indexes. ● Follow the appointed tasks to all sectors, technical experts, and schedulers. ● Prepare managerial reports for high-level management of the company. ● Participate in and run internal or external project review meetings. ● Prepare standard earned value-based reports, including schedule updates, cost performance reports, and earned value curves. ● Provide reporting information for both internal and external use.

Requirements

● Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. ● Teamwork skills to establish successful connections with members and the management panel. ● Full familiarity with civil engineering and construction projects. ● Mastery of project control software (Primavera, MS Project) and knowledge of MS Office to create reports and present information in Excel and PowerPoint. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Project Management. ● At least 15 years of experience in construction projects.
