Level of education: preferably master's degree - bachelor's degree is acceptable if relevant work experience is available.
Field of Study: Industrial Management/Executive Management/MBA/Supply Management and Supply Chain
Minimum relevant work experience: at least 3 years
Academic qualifications:
1- mastering the principles and techniques of planning (strategic planning, production, human resources)
2- Specialized knowledge in the field of inventory management and logistics (inventory control methods, ordering models, reorder point)
3- Getting to know the processes of purchasing, warehousing, production (familiarity with the main business processes in the supply chain)
4- Knowledge of data analysis and the ability to provide management reports
Skill Competencies:
1- The ability to analyze and predict the needs of raw materials based on the production plan.
2- Versatility and problem solving for quick and efficient reaction in changing conditions and management of disruption in the supply chain and possible shortages
3- Management skills including planning, organization and project control
4- Communication and leadership skills
Behavioral competencies:
1- Responsibility and decisiveness in critical decisions
2- Time and attention to details in the management of figures and inventories

Job description (duties):
1- Inventory control: continuous monitoring of the inventory level of raw materials, planning to maintain optimal inventory and prevent shortage or excessive accumulation of materials.
2- Supply of materials: forecasting the needs of raw materials, ordering and guaranteeing timely and quality supply
3- Interdepartmental coordination: coordination between production and purchasing units and warehouse to ensure the alignment of activities
4- Analysis and reporting: tracking KPI performance indicators related to inventory and supply and providing management reports
