Job Description
This role includes an organizational position that works under the supervision of related Project or Department Managers and has the responsibility of:
● Preparing and monitoring, planning, and controlling project documents in accordance with relevant procedures and guidelines within the prescribed time frame and client requirements.
● Project planning and control in EPC projects in the Heavy Industries, Oil, Gas, and Energy.
● Preparing coordination procedures and other documentation required for project hadnling and management based on PMBOK.
● Preparing/ updating project's WBS, CBS, PMS, etc.
● Preparing/ updating project's detailed schedules, calculate planned progress, develop S.Curve and resource histogram.
● Monitoring/Controlling project's cost and budget and preparing relevant statistical and analytical reports using EV concepts.
● Preparing project progress reports and other required statistical and analytical reports (delays/claims, etc.).
● Standardizing, controlling, and analyzing sub-contractors' reports.
● Identifying and analyzing the time-cost effect of project execution risks.
● Taking part in the project's internal coordination meetings as well as meetings with the client, vendors, and other parties.
● Cooperation with project/Department manager.
● Cooperation in knowledge management and documenting project lessons learned.
