Job Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Conduct resource allocation and workload management to optimize project performance
• Implement project control processes to monitor progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions as necessary
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders
• Utilize project management software and tools to track project milestones and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project risks
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Project Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in project planning and control within the mining or oil and gas industry.
• Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
