Project Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to guide project execution and control.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate and conduct regular project meetings to ensure effective project planning and progress.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in project planning and controlling with a deep understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Top-notch leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and lead project teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in project management methodologies and best practices.
• Fluent in Persian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
