Project Management Specialist

We are hiring a project management specialist on behalf of one of our clients to play a key role in standardizing and overseeing the execution of complex projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop frameworks to align and standardize project execution across teams.
• Establish and implement best practices in project management methodologies.
• Monitor project performance and related processes to ensure alignment with goals.
• Provide clear visibility into project progress and identify potential issues early.
• Define key project milestones and ensure timely delivery, while addressing any unforeseen delays.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Design and implement communication strategies with project stakeholders, providing up-to-date status updates.
• Identify and proactively manage risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project control or project management roles, preferably in IT-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Certification in PMP or a similar project management framework.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects or large-scale IT initiatives.
