Job Description

  • Doing all of the tasks for the construction of residential or industrial buildings and projects consisting of civil design structure or checking the conclusions of the outsourcing design team by rechecking the software and hand calculations of structure design.
  • Preparing the project CPM.
  • Contribute to project cost estimation and their feasibility study to lead to justification.
  • Preparing and writing HSE and other required documents. Also collaboration with the HSE team in the execution of projects with alignment of safety concepts. Daily safety supervision in whole company project areas to ensure in elimination of risks. To find a solution for doing jobs that have risk to be performed safely.
  • Issuing the purchase and contractor requests by department alignment and project requirements.
  • Daily project execution status monitoring, and coordination to ensure the tasks are done correctly and according to design. This is achieved by presenting on every project site to evaluate the contractor's job and quality.
  • Final check the quality of contractors' work and confirm the contractor’s invoices to be aligned with the job scope.
