Job Description
This company is seeking for project engineers for "South Pars Phase 16 Offshore Project". They shall be able to play primarily in procurement division as project engineer to follow up, sorting out and finalizing all delegated orders till completion and receiving. They are responsible for delegated packages; they should always compare and monitor vendor's progress and their delivery dates with project master plan and do whatever needed in order to expedite it, with protecting the packages quality, and to follow anything related to delegated orders.
Project Duration: 2 years
Since we are mid stage of project, they will be involved and to assist the current procurement team and getting involved to all related activities, to get the project procurement history. Project performance will be in Bandar Abbas and Tehran, so candidates shall be able to work at both stations depending on project requirements.
Scope of responsibility at the first stage of this project is included but not limited to the following activities:
• Monitoring consultant technical clarification responses and vendors feed back after checking and investigation
• Tracing all vendor documents and get them approved by company, and tracing the documents, delays and expedition
• Having engineering view and to review all technical and vendor documents before transferring them to the parties
• To follow all contractual issues for the Purchase Orders consist of delivery, payment milestones, quality and document control
• To follow, coordinate, officially notifying the parties and possibly attend for any orders which is responsible for
In further stages after Procurement, based on project's demand and manager announcement, they will be moved to Engineering, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning division as "Project Engineer" till completion of project.
Expertise in Procurement and Offshore detail engineering will be an advantage.
Work contract: Will be renewed annually till completion of project.
