Job Description
Objective: Project Coordinator at Korea Project Cooperation Center –in Tehran. Research, Data collection and Analysis of all projects in Iran including various industries and sectors such as Oil, Gas , Petrochemical , Mine and Steel , Road and Urban , Railway , Medical and Hospital , Automotive, Transportation,ICT ...etc Main responsibilities : Recommend Project Opportunities in Iran for Korean Companies Evaluate Project Conditions in Iran Research and Monitoring all Projects Communicate and correspondence with all EPC Contractors and End Users and Project Owners in Governmental Sector and Private Sectors as well. Analyzing project financial information, industry, and economic conditions Interpret data on price, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment programs Draw charts and graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical reports. Risk Management Prepare analytic reports about progress and delay in project/portfolio level and various management reports Reporting to : Commercial Attaché Number required : 1 Duration : 1 year Desired start date : ASAP Working hours : Sun-Thu 8:30 Am- 5:00 Pm Travel requirements : Occasional travel within country
Requirements
University qualifications : M.S degree from a reputable university in Industrial Engineering or any other related fields. Previous experience : 3-5 years working in EPC company Specialist knowledge : Knowledge of various type of Projects such as Turnkey, EPC , EPCF, BOT , BOO,..etc Knowledge of applicable law and regulation for national tender, bids ,...etc Knowledge of Iranian Project Structures in various field such as Energy , ICT , Transportation , Health,..etc Ideal Age Range : 30-36 Gender Preference : Male Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills : Fluent in English Current Residence : Tehran
